How to get Google Maps to show correctly?
When entering the Google maps address for your property, refer to the following example. Use the city/town, state/providence and zip/postal code.
Can I Place a For Sale by Owner sign on my Property?
Yes, but we recommend that you use our sign. It is an “AGENTS WELCOME” sign that informs real estate agents that you are currently listed on our site and are willing to offer a commission to buyer’s agents. Those agents who see the sign are likely to search for your listing on our site to get more information.
The majority of states allow owners of real estate for sale to advertise the property while it’s listed on the MLS.
We now have our yard signs available. (View)

- Condos, townhomes, and villas for sale or rent
- Commercial properties for sale or rent.

Do I Actually Need the MLS and Realtors in Order to Sell A House?
The short answer is no. However, even if you list FSBO, you should at least consider having your home as an MLS Listing. Statistics have shown that over 94% of homes for sale have sold last year using both a FSBO site and the MLS for advertising. It’s likely to be a huge help in selling your home.
What Is the Difference between a Full Service Listing and a Flat Fee Listing?
A traditional full service MLS listing typically comes with an agreement barring you from selling your home as FSBO for a period of 6-12 months. You also usually owe a 6% commission that is shared between the listing agent and the selling agent.
On a flat fee MLS listing, there’s no listing commission, and you can list your home FSBO. The flat fee you pay is primarily a marketing fee that gets your property listed on the MLS, Realtor.com, and a number of public websites. That flat fee is your only cost.
How Long Is My Property Going to be Listed?
With us, your property will be listed for 1 month free and $30.00 for 60 days, $50.00 for 180 days and $90.00 for 365 days, but you’re free to cancel the listing at any time (unless you are in contract through the MLS and a Realtor who is due a commission).
How Many Photos Can I Submit?
We recommend 20 to 25 photos. Many MLS’s allow only 8 to 12 photos, while others allow up to 25.
How Will Realtors Contact Me?
Yes, your contact information will be displayed on your listing in the Contact Information tab. Realtors will call you directly.
How Long Does It Take before My Listing Is Active?
After you register and complete entering your listing, our team will view your listing. If your listing is not complete, we will send you an email of the items that will make your listing complete. This helps for when potential buyers and realtors are viewing your listing. The process usually take between 1 to 3 hours at the most.
How Do I Make Changes To My Listing, and How Many Changes Can I Make?
On our listing portal, you can make as many changes as you’d like, including photo changes. You will log in with your own personal code for security purposes, so only you may amend your listing.
